Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial first

Every firm plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full Growth features and no credit card. The trial exists precisely so you never pay for software you haven't validated on your own practice.

2. Monthly plans

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing month; no further charges are made. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, since the period has been provisioned.

3. Annual plans

Within the first 30 days of a new annual subscription: full refund, no questions asked.

After 30 days: we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis, recalculating the used months at the standard monthly rate (since the annual discount assumes a full year).

4. Add-ons and usage charges

Recurring add-ons (storage, seats, modules) follow the same rules as your base plan. Consumed usage charges (e.g., e-signatures already executed) are not refundable.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days. GST credit notes are issued automatically against the original tax invoice.

6. Requesting a refund

Email hello@regno.in from your registered account email with your firm name and invoice number. We respond within 2 business days.
