Terms of Service

1. The service

Regno provides cloud software for compliance and practice management: client records, task and calendar management, document storage, AI-assisted drafting and analysis, government data connections you authorise, notifications, portals and billing tools.

We continually improve the platform; features may evolve, and material removals affecting your plan will be communicated in advance.

2. Professional responsibility

Regno is a tool, not a professional. AI-generated drafts, notice analyses and reminders assist your work - they are not legal, tax or professional advice, and they require review by a qualified professional before use.

Statutory filings, signatures and professional certifications remain the sole responsibility of you and your firm. Regno does not file on your behalf and is not liable for the consequences of filings you make or miss.

3. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for your credentials and for actions taken under your account. Seats are for named individuals; sharing logins is not permitted.

You may not misuse the service - including attempting to access other tenants' data, reverse engineering, reselling without a white-label agreement, uploading unlawful content, or using the platform to violate any law.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service (storage, processing, display to your authorised users).

You are responsible for having the authority to upload client data to the platform - including any consents your clients' engagement terms require.

5. Billing

Plans bill monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of GST; tax invoices are issued for every payment.

Plan limits (clients, seats, storage, AI usage, messages) apply as published on the pricing page. We'll notify you before you hit a hard limit - nothing stops silently mid-deadline.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and support

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; dependencies include government portals and APIs beyond our control (GSTN, MCA), whose outages do not constitute our breach.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regno's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties, late fees or professional liability arising from your filings.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period and your data remains exportable. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
